Returns / Exchange

Not all returns are eligible for refund.  Please call in for return authorization before making any returns.

Upon receipt of completed return authorization, we may issue merchandise exchange, merchandise credit or refund less shipping & any handling fees at our discretion.

All returns must be in its original condition and in its original form of packaging to be eligible for exchange, credit or refund.   Any other returns may be subject to restocking fees of up to 25% of merchandise value.

All return request or claims of any issues must be made within 2 days from the receipt of goods.

All returns must be post marked within 2 days from the date return authorization is issued.

There will be absolutely no returns allowed for special orders, merchandise that have been worn or damaged due to customer’s negligence.

It is buyer's responsibility to send the return merchandise to our facility in good condition to ensure prompt processing.

Shipping charge will be added to the final invoice.
